We take great pride in crafting beautiful photo books that you will cherish for the years to come. We stand by the products we create, however occasionally we make mistakes too. If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your photobook, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll be sure to make things right.

If your purchase isn't right due to our mistake (such as a defect in the workmanship or damage incurred in transit), we’ll be sure to make this right. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details of the problem and photos to support this.

If you're not happy with your photo book due to your own error, such as a spelling mistake or if you've used low resolution images that did not print well, we're happy to help address this by offering you a reprint at 50% of the normal retail price. In such cases, we may also ask that you return the defective book/s (at your cost).
